Road map

Week 1: Taking Stock
Begin by assessing where you currently stand—what are your strengths, challenges, goals, relationship status and also your environment? Together, we’ll identify where you are on your journey and where you want to go.

Week 2: Decluttering
Explore how to declutter both physically, mentally, socially and mentally. This includes organising your space and letting go of negative thought patterns or habits that no longer serve you.

Week 3: Setting Goals and Systems
This week is all about setting clear, concise, actionable goals and creating systems that will support your success. You’ll learn how to break down larger goals into smaller, manageable steps to help build and keep momentum.

Week 4: Review
Time for a check-in. Reflect on your progress, celebrate your wins, and identify any areas that need further focus or adjustment.

Week 5: Forgiveness
Forgiveness of others and of yourself are one of the most powerful tools for personal growth. We’ll discuss how to let go of past hurts, embrace a mindset of compassion and walk through the forgiveness worksheet.

Week 6: Navigating Obstacles
Life isn’t always smooth sailing. We will discuss how you currently navigate challenges and equip you with tailored strategies to maintain resilience and keep moving forward.

Week 7: Reframing Thoughts
Mindset is everything. We will discuss what your beliefs are, where they came from. We will work on reframing limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns to foster a positive mindset.

Week 8: Social Relationships
Your relationships play a major role in your life. This week, we’ll focus on identifying real friends, strengthening healthy connections, communicating effectively, and setting boundaries with people who drain your energy.

Week 9: Setting Boundaries
Pick up from the previous week, boundary setting is key to maintaining balance, protecting your mental health and sustaining relationships. We’ll discuss how to assert yourself in a compassionate but firm way, without guilt.

Week 10: Image
How you see your self is important but how others see you is equally important. We will discuss ways to improve your image both in real life and online to attract and get the best results.

Week 11: Critical Thinking
Developing critical thinking skills helps you navigate complex decisions and situations. The ability to switch between black and white thinking and critical thinking is a key skill in the world. This week, we’ll focus on sharpening your analytical abilities and learning how to approach challenges with clarity.

Week 12: Reflection & Moving Forward
You made it! In the 12th week, we’ll reflect on your growth, celebrate your accomplishments, and set new goals for the next phase of your journey. You’ll leave this week feeling equipped and empowered to continue evolving.
